It’s times like these where I miss my best friend/brother-from-another-mother because things were so much easier and stress-free then. And I’ve actually grown to miss our friendship more than our relationship. It fluctuates. I have no regrets of course, it was an imperfectly amazing relationship while it lasted but damn is it painful to date your best friend….the answer is YES.

Distance

Got a lot on my mind and plate so I haven’t had much time to really blog. But here’s a thought: Why do we open our eyes to reality when something tramautic hits us or someone we know? Why does it take a tragedy for us to appreciate what we have? Why do we have to lose something in order to see it’s worth?
